My Film Critic pants are quite fetching; they are on, pressed, and ironed. I'm ready to review four new movies in this week's capsule (short) movie reviews for Friday, November 21st, 2025. 1) RENTAL FAMILY Every now and then, a movie comes along that shouldn't really work, and yet somehow, against all odds, it does. Rental Family  is one of those movies. The concept itself (a lonely American actor living in Japan who joins a "rental family" service to play pretend in other pe
